The Rising Voices Initiative (RVI) is a transformative mentorship and training program designed to equip the next generation of preachers in the Haitian community. By pairing senior pastors with emerging church leaders, we foster an environment where experience meets fresh perspective—ensuring that preaching remains relevant, cross-cultural, and attuned to the times.

Through guided mentorship and structured quarterly classes, participants will:
